Anthony J. Zarsky is a licensed attorney in Colorado whose practice focuses exclusively on family law. Mr. Zarsky is an empathetic advocate for clients who are often going through some of the most difficult times in their lives. He is committed to seeking practical resolutions in cases while passionately advocating for his clients. Mr. Zarsky works closely with his clients to ensure their case is handled in a respectful manner while also focusing on each client’s goals.

Mr. Zarsky’s experience ranges from handling cases involving high net-worth estates, business interests, high-conflict divorce, and child custody cases, to the division of modest marital estates and the drafting of parenting plans for families who simply need assistance navigating their way through the legal process. Mr. Zarsky’s practice is to handle cases from a goal-oriented perspective, with a focus on both client’s immediate needs and long-term goals. Mr. Zarsky is a National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) trained trial attorney who has the skill set to fiercely advocate for your interests in court. Mr. Zarsky is also trained by the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals (CCDP) to assist with collaborative divorces.

Mr. Zarsky began his legal career as a judicial intern for the honorable Judge Jill Brady in the 4th Judicial District of Colorado, whose courtroom was dedicated to a domestic and civil docket. Mr. Zarsky also interned with the honorable Judge Jessica Curtis in the4th Judicial District in a courtroom dedicated to a juvenile docket. Additionally, Mr. Zarsky interned with the honorable Magistrate Daphne Burlingame in the 4th Judicial District in a drug court docket focused on rehabilitating individuals suffering from drug addictions. Mr. Zarsky practiced as a student in the Family Law Clinic at Penn State, representing victims of domestic abuse and individuals with family law disputes.

In his free time, Mr. Zarsky enjoys mentoring law studentsat Penn State and the University of Denver, gardening, being a cat dad, trying new recipes, and exploring the beauty of Colorado.
